At Oriental Digital Art, we handle every order with the utmost care — from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door. Each framed artwork is packaged thoughtfully, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition, because your space deserves something truly special.

1.Order Processing

  •  Orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
  •  Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

2. Delivery & Shipping Details

  • Delivery time: Estimated between 3 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
  •  Shipping fees: Displayed at checkout based on destination and order size.
  •  We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.
  •  If you’re unsure whether we ship to your destination, feel free to contact us before placing your order.Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local courier delays.

3. Delivery Inspection & Delays

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, an item is missing, or the artwork is defective, please notify us upon receipt of the parcel. Send a description of the issue, along with photos if possible, to oriental.digital.art@gmail.com If your order hasn't arrived 15 days after the estimated delivery date (and there are no exceptional delays), contact us for support. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or cancellations if no issue has been reported within 20 business days after shipment.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return your item under the following conditions:

  •   You have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of delivery.
  •   Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
  •   Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is      defective.
